About

Where does the "Tomé Todo" name come from?

A "toma todo" is a traditional Mexican game of chance where you spin a six-sided wooden or plastic top to cast lots on your chances of winning or loosing an amount of beans/coins/cereal/pebbles/etc. We selected the name as the play on words speaks to our traditional Mexican roots, shares our endearment with the Tomé land grant and also alludes to the great taste of our food as you will want to "take" it all (tomar/tomé also mean to take/took in Spanish). Details on how to play the toma todo game can be found linked here.
